Tips to Administer Reachable Readers
An exciting language program that is linguisticall accessible for beginning multilingual learners.
Tips to get started:
- Begin with unit 1 and proceed through the units at your students'own pace
- Start a unit by first previewing the standards and objectives as well as the unit overview.
- Print all materials including pre- and post-reading materials, multilingual supports, cognates for Spanish speakers, corresponding books and teacher materials.
- Be sure to reference the Teacher's Guide daily.
Reachable Readers is very easy to administer. No additional
supplies are needed except for what is in the classroom glue, crayons, scissors and a stapler. Student binders are recommended to keep student materials organized.
